I loved my room. It was super clean and spacious. the housekeeping showed care in their work. i found the staff cute and always ready with assistance. the hotel offered a comfortable haven with attentive service.

The room included blackout curtains. They were very effective. the metro station was very close. Access to the city center was easy. a supermarket was also nearby. I found it very convenient.
The bathroom door did not fully close. It was a bit inconvenient.

a decent stay near the metro
spacious room extra bed modern look hot room heavy drape air conditioning
the room was spacious, with an extra bed. the bathroom was also quite large and included all necessary toiletries and extra towels. i found the hotel had a modern look. it was a surprise to have an extra bed.
The room became very hot from the afternoon sun. heavy drapes had to be used constantly to block the light. the air conditioning was not working when i first arrived, but they fixed it quickly. the all-white walls seemed like a hospital. There was no decoration.

dusty surfaces missing item
the room had a good size. location near mundet metro station was acceptable.
the room cleanliness was not good. THERE was dust on surfaces. i also asked for a toilet brush, but the hotel does not provide toilet brushes at all.

spacious bathroom coffee machine buffet breakfast
The room was large with a spacious bathroom. I appreciated the fridge and coffee machine. i suggest bringing milk as it is not provided! the buffet breakfast had many options, and i found it reasonably priced. it's a short walk to the metro, and taxis are readily available.
the room's air conditioning was not powerful! a technician checked it and said it was working normally, but the cooling was inadequate compared to other hotels i've stayed in.

the hotel staff were helpful and readily available for questions. they were very polite and quick with their service. the responsiveness and pleasant attitude of the staff definitely improved my stay!
